Cycling Instructor

Francesca comes from Nottingham in England, but moved to Germany five years ago.
It was here that she started spinning and fell in love with a cardio workout that didn’t involve running!
When she’s not spinning she’s working on researching and creating future footwear trends, or watching football which is her other love.
Her aim is to always give a class that leaves you sweaty but smiling - always with some hip-hop influence woven into the dance beats.
